Company Background and History RR Roofing has been in business since January 12, 1998. The owner, Robert R. Guillen Sr., has been roofing on and off since he graduated high school and to earn extra money while he served in the United States Marine Corps. In 1994 he was hired as the Roofing Division Manager at Integrity Construction Services Inc. In 1997, he decided to get his own contractors license and was able to pass all required tests with the Contractors State Licensing Board and was licensed January 12, 1998. Robert worked alone for the first few months of His new venture but quickly became busy and hired on His current Foreman, Jimmie L. Bertram. We now have a small but dedicated crew. Jimmie has been with us since April of 2001 and supervises over Two more quality employee, Luis and Jr. We now specialize in Residential and Commercial roofs. RR Roofing provides exceptional quality and service for all types of roofing projects from composition shingles to Spanish style tile. At RR Roofing, we are proud of our record of on-time and within budget projects and especially proud of our referral list!!
Company Background and History (cont'd.) Our foreman, Jimmie L. Bertram III, has been with RR Roofing since April of 2000. Jimmie and Robert were introduced through an acquaintance at G&F Roof Supply a year before he came on board team RR Roofing. He was the lead roofer for John Fatz Roofing for two years before he was hired. He is known by many other roofing contractors as one of the best torchers in the business. Through his dedication and hard work ethics, he quickly became the foreman of RR Roofing. During his time with RR Roofing Jimmie has acquired certifications with various material manufacturers in the business. This is one of the many attributes that has made him such a valuable member of our team.
